Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for:

Responsibilities

● Design, implementation and maintenance of data extractions, data transformations
pipelines and DWH data models
● Support design of data strategies, data architecture, data quality, data security
and data governance topics
● Design, implementation and maintenance of complete solutions in area of data and
analytics
● Support maintenance, optimization, troubleshooting and fixing issues on the DWH
environment
● Collaborate with stakeholders and business users in ensuring overall business
goals are fulfilled
● Collaborate closely with stakeholders and business users to gather, analyze and
evaluate business requirements and translating them into technical specifications,
as well as supporting them during usage of DWH environment
● Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data delivered to stakeholders and
business users
● Support skill development of junior team members and knowledge sharing within
team
● Identification, troubleshooting and resolving issues and communicating solutions
via JIRA ticketing system

About you

● 2+ years of experience as BI Developer, Engineer or related positions
● Strong technical aptitude in the areas of – Data Warehouse, ETL, Reporting
● Strong knowledge of MS SSIS, Fivetran, Matillion or similar tools
● Understanding of Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense or similar tools
● Hands-on experience in SQL and relational database concepts
● Hands-on experience with backend ETL for data extraction and building DWH data
models
● Hands-on experience with the best practices in data visualization (e.g. scorecards,
reports & dashboards, etc.)
● Detail-oriented person with strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving
abilities
● Experience in an international team and communication with international
customers
● Proficient in written and spoken English
● Genuinely curious and constantly striving to learn
● Dedication to quality

It would be a plus to have

● Familiarity with MS Azure technology stack (Data Lake Storage, Data Factory,
Databricks, Azure DWH or similar tools), or other MPP, distributed data processing,
high-end data warehousing appliances
● Experience in providing complete solutions based on customer requests
● Experience in leading and mentoring junior developers
● Experience in execution and maintaining complete project lifecycle
● Good knowledge of any of the following languages: Python, R, C#, Java
● German language skills
● Familiarity with logistics and financial processes
