IT Sales Associate
Responsibilities
● Generate, nurture and manage a pipeline of interested leads.
● Conduct research on potential clients and industries to identify new sales opportunities.
● Efficiently handle administrative tasks, including documentation, contracts, and orders. Maintain accurate records, update customer information, and utilize CRM systems effectively.
● Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for production solutions and services.
● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with a focus on closing sales.
● Act as a point of contact for customers, representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.
● Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline, and forecasted sales.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sales techniques, and relevant technologies to enhance performance.
● Collaborate with the sales team, managers, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
About you
● 2+ years of experience in sales, ideally with production solutions and services.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
● Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities, with a knack for establishing trust and credibility with key stakeholders.
● Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on closing deals.
● Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
● Proficient in written and spoken English (C1 level or higher).
● Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mailchimp (or similar), and other sales tools.
● Strong client orientation and problem-solving skills.
● Very good skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
● Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
