Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for:

Responsibilities

● Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities in line with company policies, procedures, and deadlines;
● Assist the Lead Financial Controller in preparing monthly management reports, i.e. Monthly Business Reviews;
● Contribute to the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting processes;
● Cash Flow monitoring and controlling in terms of AR collection and aging reporting;
● Oversee accurate and timely invoicing in compliance with contractual terms;
● Collaborate with project managers to track and monitor project budgets;
● Provide ad hoc support on various finance-related projects and initiatives.

About you

● 1+ years of relevant work experience in Finance (FP&A, Controlling, Reporting, Audit);
● Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business administration or equivalent;
● Knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles;
● Strong understanding of financial analysis, cash flow, revenue recognition and budgeting;
● Excellent MS office knowledge with focus on Excel;
● Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
● Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to details;
● Self-driven with the ability to work independently managing multiple deadlines;
● Highly organized and adaptable well to changing workloads;
● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across departments;
● Team player with a proactive, hands-on mindset;
● High level of integrity and reliability when dealing with sensitive financial data.

It would be a plus to have

● Familiarity with G-Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.);
● Experience in financial reporting or controlling within a service-based or IT companies;
● Familiarity with project-based accounting (e.g., time & material vs. fixed-price contracts);
● Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives, enhancing efficiency in FP&A.
