Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for:

Responsibilities

● Customer Support:
○ Provide 1st and 2nd level support for WMS and TMS solutions to users.
○ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
○ Ensure timely and accurate communication with users regarding their inquiries and concerns.
○ Monitor whether the resolution of issues is in accordance with the SLA
● Proactive Engagement:
○ Regularly check in with users to identify potential issues before they occur.
○ Measure and track Net Promoter Score (NPS) to evaluate user satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
● Documentation and Knowledge Base:
○ Update and maintain user guides and the product knowledge base for easy access to accurate information.
○ Create and refine FAQs and troubleshooting documents to empower users with self-service options.
● Customer Success:
○ Build strong relationships with users to foster trust and loyalty.
○ Suggest product improvements based on user feedback and support interactions.
○ Collaborate with the team to ensure every user has a seamless experience and would recommend our solutions.

About you

● Bachelor’s degree in Logistics
● No prior experience is required; training will be provided
● Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
● Basic understanding of IT systems and applications.
● Proficient in written and spoken English
● Customer orientation

It would be a plus to have

● Familiarity with WMS, or TMS software is a plus.
